How to Use
Brush away heavy dirt or loose buildup first.
Use the towel to wipe the working area clean.
Make sure the coat is fully dry before applying K Tape.
Wash and reuse as needed.
Important: Do not apply liniment gel, oils, creams, conditioners, grooming sprays, or other residue-heavy products underneath kinesiology tape. Tape should go on clean, dry hair.
